ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Associate Therapist, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist while gaining valuable clinical experience. In this role, you will accumulate supervised hours toward licensure, deepen your expertise in your areas of interest, and develop a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of private practice. 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

· Hold an active Registered Associate license with CA BBS

· Remain in good standing with the CA BBS

· Maintain 25 clinical hours per week

· Attend weekly supervision sessions (1-3 hours per week)

· Have access to a personal computer

· Complete required documentation within applicable timelines

· Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team structure
