Kyle Reuser, AMFT

Kyle Reuser, AMFT (#158674) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys helping adolescents, young adults, and adults work through life's challenges while building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. He believes that meaningful growth happens when people feel safe, supported, and understood.

Kyle works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties related to self-esteem and identity. As a previous NCAA athlete, Kyle also specializes in working with athletes, helping them navigate the unique demands of competition, performance pressure, injury, and the balance between athletics and other areas of life. In addition, Kyle provides Christian counseling for clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.

Kyle's approach is grounded in client-centered principles, emphasizing empathy, collaboration and meeting the client where they are at. He integrates evidence-based strategies to help clients develop practical skills, gain insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Kyle earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California Lutheran University and his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Outside of the therapy office, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, coaching baseball, and playing golf. He values connection, balance, and personal growth and brings those same values into his work with clients.

Kyle accepts reduced-rate private pay clients & the following insurance plans: Aetna, Blue Shield of CA, Medi-Cal and UnitedHealthcare.
