
Breanne is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#138136). She is passionate about supporting individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder as well as the loved ones who are impacted by the condition. Breanne understands the complex emotional, relational, and practical challenges that can arise when navigating bipolar disorder and strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps clients build stability, resilience, and meaningful lives.
In addition to her work with bipolar disorder, Breanne regularly works with individuals experiencing unipolar depression, a range of anxiety disorders and those impacted by attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and practical tools that empower clients to better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting well-being.
Breanne Sangalang earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. In her spare time, Breanne finds value in the simple moments of life—cheering on her sons at their sporting events, sharing the occasional date night with her husband, enjoying relaxing time with friends, staying active through daily movement, and unwinding with a favorite show.
