Jasmine Ahluwalia, APCC (#21626), is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. She has a particular passion for working with first- and second-generation individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds who may be experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, obsessive-compulsive concerns, identity-related stress, and intergenerational trauma.


She is committed to providing culturally responsive, collaborative therapy that is grounded in practical, real-world application. Drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, she supports clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and increasing confidence in both themselves and their relationships. 


Jasmine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Outside of her clinical work, Jasmine enjoys reading, traveling, engaging in physical awareness/movement activities, and exploring spaces that foster creativity and self-discovery.


Jasmine accepts reduced rate private pay clients & the following insurance plans: Aetna and Medi-Cal.
